“I choose to make the rest of my life the best of my life.” Louise Hayes

Hi, I’m Michele

I’m glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling like your mind is always “on”replaying worries, second-guessing yourself, and carrying the weight of other people’s needs—you’re not alone.

I help people recognize and shift the patterns that keep them from feeling at ease in their own lives. My passion is creating a space where you can explore challenges without judgment and uncover the strengths you already have to navigate them.

Together, we’ll look at what’s been getting in the way and find steady, realistic ways forward.

Want to know more?

I’ve worked with people who felt trapped in overthinking, weighed down by self-doubt, or unsure of their next step—and supported them in finding clarity, confidence, and a direction that truly feels right.

I’m here to walk beside you, providing consistent support as you reconnect with what truly matters to you.

What You Can Expect

  • A personalized approach that fits your unique needs—healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

  • Practical tools to quiet your mind and feel more in control of your choices.

  • Step-by-step guidance to help you move from self-doubt toward self-trust.

  • Support that meets you where you are, without rushing the process.

  • Lasting mindset shifts that help you handle challenges with more confidence and ease.

    My Approach

Real change begins when you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

We’ll work together to:

  • Identify the patterns that keep you stuck so you can respond to stress in new ways.

  • Build perspectives that make challenges feel more manageable.

  • Use your strengths to create a life you feel connected to.

  • Develop self-compassion so your inner critic no longer runs the show.

This process isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about reconnecting with the calm, capable, and resilient version of yourself that’s already there.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana and Delaware, with over 35 years’ experience helping people work through anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, and big life transitions.

I know how exhausting it can be to feel stuck in your head or unsure about what’s next—and I’m here to share approaches many clients have found helpful in finding their way forward.

Outside the Office

In my own life, I try to practice what I teach. Reading, hiking, and spending time with people I care about help me stay grounded.

And then there’s Charlie—our resident mood booster and playtime enthusiast—always ready to chase a ball, demand a walk, or remind me not to take life too seriously.
