I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana and Delaware, and I’ve spent the past 35 years helping people work through anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, and big life changes. I know how exhausting it can be to feel stuck in your head or unsure about what’s next—and I’m here to help you find your way forward with tools that actually work.

In my own life, I try to practice what I teach. Reading, hiking, and spending time with people I care about helps me stay grounded. And then there’s Charlie—our resident mood booster and playtime enthusiast—always ready to chase a ball, demand a walk, or remind me not to take life too seriously.
